Walking in the lands of the Bible will change us! On this exciting journey we will trace the trail of God’s people as they found refuge in the God who keeps His covenants. Our way includes the historic paths of biblical courage and faith:
Sinai, where Moses received the Commands that shaped a new destiny, and we shall ascend for sunrise. Jordan, where the people camped in wilderness, waiting for the fullness of time. And Israel/Palestine, where prophets preached, kings ruled, and Jesus transformed hearts of stone, and bodies needing healing, and fractured communities into the Kingdom of Heaven.
We will encounter Scripture where it happened, and uncover evidence that it’s true!
At each step, hear details of history and archaeology that will bring these Bible Lands, past and present, to life. We will pray, sing, and eat together, and reflect deeply on the details of the biblical story in ways that will change our reading of the Bible forever.
Most importantly, we will meet the living Jesus in the pages of the Word and the paths of His own world —the world He entered to bring us the good news of the Gospel of Peace. We too shall be peace-bringers, in lands weary of war. So come and join us as we journey with Jesus!
